I like to keep things simple, easy and enjoyable and not throw the kitchen sink at you leading to more overwhelm.

Simply put no. It will take engaging in the process and committing to change. I can show you the way and support you but I can’t do the work for you. BUT I have designed this program to fit into driven and ambitious women’s lives. So I keep everything simple, easy, actionable and efficient. Put a little in and get a lot back in terms of your energy, mood and capacity to enjoy and live life to the fullest!

Rest assured I take it very seriously that people are trusting me with their health. I have two nutrition coaching qualifications from Precision Nutrition and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and am a Level 5 Personal Trainer and Advanced Health and Fitness Coach.
I am currently doing further study becoming a Sleep, Stress and Recovery Coach through Precision Nutrition so I can support my clients even more and I am also a Certified Breathwork Coach.

I work with clients in New Zealand (where I am based), Australia and in the UK. So can be very flexible on times. So no worries if you’re not based in New Zealand! All my coaching is done online so location doesn’t matter at all.
