A little about me…
Welcome! I’m Elise, so glad you’re here.
I’m originally from London and now live in beautiful New Zealand 🏔. And you know what? I’ve been where you are.
Maybe not exactly (because everyone’s journey is different!) but I know what it’s like to feel completely burnt out, stuck in the tired but wired cycle, wanting more from life but having no energy or headspace to make it happen.
Back when I was working crazy hours in fashion, commuting long days, and caring for a terminally ill family member, I was way past my limit. And I knew life was too short to stay that way.
Step by step, taking a holistic approach, I nourished my body and mind, protected and restored my energy, and got myself to a place I never thought possible. A place where I wasn’t just dragging myself through each day, but waking up with heaps of energy to lean into life and go after my big, bold dreams.
And it all started with nourishing my body and mind.
Now, as a Certified Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Coach trained in nervous system regulation, I help others do the same, building a life full of freedom, energy, and joy.
