Each workout starts with a quick breathing exercise & mini warm up flow, and ends with a calming breathing exercise and stretches to bring your body & mind back to balance & recovery faster.

These are all completely optional but add no more than 5 minutes to your workouts and make the world of difference to your energy and results.

FAQs

  • You’ll get coaching from me in the form of messages giving you feedback on workouts, commenting on any form/technique videos you send me and via general messaging in the app if you have any questions.

    There are no video calls or in person coaching.

  • I will support and encourage you to keep moving forwards with your workouts, but the truth is I can’t do them for you.

    This is remote coaching not in person personal training. So I will absolutely be there to help you keep moving forwards, but the truth is you do need to have personal accountability to make real progress.

    That is a journey though so we are never looking for 100% consistency or 100% perfection- it doesn’t exist! You want to build a sustainable and enjoyable relationship with exercise. And that has to be one that honours the ebbs and flows of life outside the gym too. So I can definitely help you on that journey.

  • It depends! If you’re on a roll and don’t need to get in touch then keep smashing it, no need to add to your plate with communication you don’t need!

    But you will be able to message me in the app anytime Mon-Fri and any feedback/questions you share on your workouts I reply within 48hrs 🙂

  • There are no 1-1 sessions online or in person included in this workout program.

    It’s designed for you to do on your own with support from me via messaging, in app coaching comments on the workouts and exercises and form and technique support by you sending me videos & I will share feedback.

  • I can do home workouts with whatever equipment you have, some or none! So don’t stress if you have literally nothing we can still create an effective workout for you.

  • Absolutely! Once you’ve sent me your goals and the deep dive questionnaire I first create some one off workouts for you to try. You then let me know a) if your gym had everything you needed b) did you enjoy the workouts. Once we have a tick tick for both of these I create your full 8 week program so your fully ready to go in your gym.
